Q: What method is used to evaluate your price for my house?
A: As in any other aspect of our business, we are an open book. Our process is very straightforward and simple. We look at what repairs are needed, where the property is located, the as-is condition of the property, and values of comparable sells in the area recently. Q: Will there be any fees or commissions?
